The University Building Official is responsible for issuing certificates of occupancy for new buildings and for re-occupancy following renovations. The details of the process depend on the size of the project.
To close out permits all required inspections and documentation shall be provided to the OUBO for final approval (refer to project permits for a list of inspections and documents required).
